The present general conditions govern solely the use of the OLIVíZATE website by USERS accessing the website. The present general conditions are available to the USER of OLIVIZATE.COM in each and every page. These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at its option, to resolve conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, the courts of your domicile. Furthermore, as an affixed entity to CONFIANZA ONLINE and under the terms of its Code of Conduct, in case of disputes concerning online contracting and publicity, data protection and child protection, the user will be able to turn to the extrajudicial dispute resolution system of CONFIANZA ONLINE www.confianzaonline.es.

If any clause of the present document is declared to be void, the other clauses will continue to be valid and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of the present conditions. OLIVíZATE may choose not to exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which does not involve under any circumstances the waiver of the rights except in the case of express recognition on the part of OLIVíZATE.
