Oil type Coupage of 75% Arbequina EVOO and 25% Picual EVOO, both from the first day of collecting.
Colour Sligthly green.
Nose: Medium fruitiness with a great diversity of vegetal aromas: olives, tomato, rosemary, fresh grass and newly-mowed wood.
Palate Artichoke flavor with a slight banana and fruits flavor. Balanced spicy-bitter relation.
Acidity Lower than 0,3º

Composition   

It presents a high level of polyunsaturated fatty acids which give its characteristic fluidity. Its medium content of alpha-tocopherol and low content of polyphenol provides mildness and sweetness to these oils.

CONSERVATION SUGGESTIONS

  • To be stored away from light and heat.
  • The ideal conservation temperature is between 16º and 20º.
  • It is better to keep it inside a cupboard than in an open shelf.
  • The cap should be kept on while the oil is not being used.

If you live in Madrid you can collect the product directly at our store, 24 hours a day 365 days a year, free of charge. Returns of products are accepted if they are made within the first 15 days and if the product is in perfect condition.
