Elaborated with 75% of the Picual EVOO, which is rich in oleic acid and polyphenols and with 25% of the Arbequina EVOO, which contains alpha-tocopherol, namesake of the vitamin E.

Olives are collected during veraison, the moment when they contain the highest amount of antioxidants.

Composition    

It presents a high level of polyunsaturated fatty acids which give its characteristic fluidity. Its medium content of alpha-tocopherol and low content of polyphenol provides mildness and sweetness to these oils.

CONSERVATION SUGGESTIONS

  • To be stored away from light and heat
  • The ideal conservation temperature is between 16º and 20º.
  • It is better to keep it inside a cupboard than in an open shelf.
  • The cap should be kept on while the oil is not being used.
